SfL primary CPD: rocks & materials

This year we have developed four new CPD sessions, all focusing on chemistry topics from the primary science curriculum.

The KS1 materials and rocks sessions were co-planned by Carole Kenrick and Chloe Lister, who is the Science Lead at our partner school Newington Green Primary. Chloe shared lots of brilliant ideas for practical investigations, for instance asking children to test different materials to choose the best fabric for Elasti-girl's outfit.
