Animal Handling Workshops

During the summer term we piloted a 'Collaborative Summer Science Grant' so that schools from our SfL partnership could host events for other schools. As a result children were able to participate in everything from a plastic workshop at Pakeman Primary, to animal handling workshops at Thornhill, Gillespie and Ashmount. Children relished the opportunity to visit other local schools, and the animal handling workshops introduced children to a range of animals.
