Self-esteem - is how you value yourself
CORE VALUES:
Sense of responsibility - refers to an awareness of one's obligations
Initiative - refers to the ability to assess and initiate things independently
Respect for Oneself - a proper respect for oneself as a human being
Self Esteem - shows how a person value himself. It is also the feeling of confidence
1. High Self Esteem - a person is confident
2. Low self Esteem - a person who is lack of confidence.
Kids with high Self Esteem

CROSS CURRICULAR LINK
Arts - The learners are going to cut and paste pictures of children showing high self-esteem and low self-esteem, and grouping them accordingly.
English - The learners are going to express their talents or their skills and their weakness using complete sentences.
REAL LIFE APPLICATION
Self-esteem has a very important role in one's life because it allows us to accept ourselves as who we are, and our capabilities as well. It also helps in coping with failures by making it a try again until the desired outcome is met.
