Grow food - foods the are rich in protein that helps build our body's bones, teeth and muscle (chicken, meat, fish, eggs)

Clothes:
We need clothes to wear. Clothes protect our body. We choose clothes to wear based on the weather and the occasion.
We wear thin and light clothes during summer.
We wear thick clothes to keep us warm during cold weather.
We use jackets, raincoats, cap/hat, and umbrella during rainy days.
We wear special clothes when we attend parties or important occasions.
Shelter
Shelter is also one of our basic needs. Our house is our family's shelter. Families live in different kinds of houses.
Your house is also your home. It is a place where your family stays together. It is also where you eat, have fun, rest and sleep. Remember, at home or outside, always be kind, loving and respectful.
Water
We use water for cooking, washing clothes, and taking a bath.
Water is very important to us. We must not waste it, instead, we have to conserve it.
