NPCs are characters that provide support for your main character's stories! They can range from important foils to your character, enemies and rivals, friends and loved ones, and even babies or children!
Though NPCs aren't as in depth as your main player characters, a lot of the information here can be used for them!

There are two variations of this app and you're free to use either one! One just has an extra box if you want to put in a Feral Form/any other optional, misc. information!
✦ Application art must be fullbody and cannot use bases or be traced
✦ Flat color is required, but shading is optional
✦ Collaborations, commissions, and adopted designs are allowed as long as they are used with permission and credited appropriately
✦ Background color MUST be kept green!

Required Information
The following information needs to be directly in your application description or linked in the description. It doesn't need to be as in depth as leaders or recruits, but enough to give us an idea of the NPC!
Refer to the sections below for explanations on how to fill out certain parts of the application.
Name: First name is required, surnames are optional
Age: Can be any age! Babies, children, adult-- and can also be ageless like player characters! Age ranges (once over 18) is allowed!
Gender: Any! Remember, Pokemon Gender rules don't apply anywhere in the group!
Species: Any Non-Legendary Pokemon Species. Unlike recruits, NPC's can be at any evolutionary stage, not just basic baby
Nature: Try to tie it in with the character's personality! Refer to this list here if you need help!
Characteristic: (Optional!) Similar to Nature; refer to this list here if you need help!
Personality: Write a short blurb about it or list off some descriptor words - this doesn't have to be in-depth! Just a few lines is fine!
Place of Origin: You're free to come up with an island and hometown name of your own, or you can choose to live on any of the islands on the map. Outskirts or dungeons are aalso viable!
Occupation: [ Optional ] Feel free to leave this blank if you'd like! Remember, NPC's shouldn't be members of the GSCF!
History: Doesn't have to be extensive but can be if you want; this requires even less than a recruit app and can just be a barebones outline or a few bullet points if you want! Try to include how they're connected to any PC's stories as applicable!
Relationships: You'll need to include what PC(s) they're connected to and how! Any additional Relationships are optional!
Extras: [ Optional ] Feel free to delete this section if you want! It's just for any other misc. flavor text you want to include; things like giving them a Level, Moves, and Inventory are all Optional for NPC's! You can fluff up NPC profiles as much as you want with extra flavor text like that or just keep them barebones!
⭐ NPC ⬌ PC SWAPPING ITEMS ⭐
This item will allow you to make your player character into an NPC! Does it make sense for your character to not be as active in the story? You can make them an NPC for no additional fees!
✦You must activate the PC -> NPC swap in the #inventory channel on our discord, letting us know which character you're going to be making an NPC!
✦ [RECOMMENDED] Be sure to document your level and items for the character as that information will not be recorded by the staff! If you ever want to return the character to being a PC afterwards, they will only have their items and level restored if you recorded what they should have!
✦ Once that's done, transfer the character onto the NPC Application and send us a character ticket!
You do not need to send a ticket in if none of the information will be changing between the PC and NPC application!
From there, your character will be an NPC and that recruit slot on your team will be freed up!
This will allow you to make an apped NPC into a player character for the cost of 5,000p! Has your NPC become more influential in your character's life? Have they joined the GCSF? If yes, then you may want to make them a player character!
✦ You must activate the NPC -> PC swap in the #inventory channel on our discord, letting us know which character you're going to turn into a PC!
✦ From there, follow the guidelines for making an official recruit! Your new PC will need all of the information required for making a regular recruit!
✦ If your NPC is an evolved Pokemon, you will need to gather the Evolution Crystals needed for them to come in fully evolved!
✦ If you moved a player character to NPC and want to make them a PC once more, you can do so! They'll retain all their items applied to them as well!

Not at all! You can feature as many NPC's in your works as you want anytime and always! These apps are 100% completely optional just for those who personally like to make apps/refs for their NPC's!
Can I use NPCs in dungeons/events/missions/etc?

Regular Dungeon Runs | For non-mission regular dungeon runs, you can take Player-made NPC's with you but they will not give any level or other bonuses or boost the piece as PC's would. Essentially, they're just graded as escorts!
Missions | NPC's are not part of the guild and cannot go on Missions or earn any rewards from them!
Events and Tasks | Situational! NPC's can generally be included as background/supporting pieces on a submission as long as PC(s) are the focus still but use your best judgment! Any Events or Tasks that are more daily life involved and make sense for non-guild members to be present (i.e. going to market, spectator sports, picking berries, etc.) are usually looser! NPC's can't be actively participating in any Events that are more guild work-heavy (i.e. Fighting legends, exploring a faraway land, etc.). Feel free to ask if you're unsure on anything!
