Earnings & Inventory
All information on each member's team(s) can be found on the Group Inventory Sheet!
All information on each member's team(s) can be found on the Group Inventory Sheet!
Team type, rank, members, recruits, levels, currency, items, and more can be found on your respective page. Every time you submit something to the group, you will gain Poke (and potentially other rewards) and you inventory will be updated!
To see how much Poke you can earn from submitting work to the group, see the Earning Poké page!
Each member has their own inventory -- if they can have one!
If you own a solo team, you're good to go!
If you started with a shared team, you will use the shared inventory as your own until you and/or your partner decides to buy a solo team. Until then, all items and currency are considered shared and can be split however you'd like once somebody gets their own inventory.
Poke, Candy, and any rewards that are repeatable are awarded per user!
For example:
If you complete a dungeon with a collab partner and you both own solo teams, each person gets the Poke reward added to their separate inventories.
If you complete a dungeon with the co-owner of a team that you both own, each person receives the Poke reward in their solo inventories.
If one or more of the shared team's owners do not have a solo inventory, the Poke reward will go to the shared team's inventory.
With items such as Lost Loot, which are used by a team and not a user, the additional 5,000p will be added to the team's inventory for solo teams. For teams that are shared using Lost Loot, 50% of the bonus (2,500p) will be added to each team owner's inventory.
All grading of submissions are handled through the group's various web-based graders.
Each activity has a grader of its own, including:
✦ Guild Life Grader | Alt. Link
✦ Holiday Hills Dungeon Grader | Alt. Link
✦ Holiday Hills Tasks Grader | Alt. Link
✦ ...and occasional, event-only graders!
When submitting through one of the graders, a message will be sent to the #grading-logs channel under one of the threads with all the information about the activity you have completed. This post can include inventory and team name(s), characters, title and link for the submission, earnings, and other rewards.
The post confirms that you've made a submission to the group. Without it, you cannot earn Poke for a given piece or recruit Pokemon from a dungeon!
It is recommended -- but not required -- that you keep track of your inventory using your own tracker (whether this is a Google Sheet, Toyhouse page, text document, etc.), in case something accidentally goes unlogged or is logged incorrectly!
If by the time the 15 seconds have passed and there has not been a post made for you, take a screenshot or otherwise copy down the information in text form to let the staff know in the Missing Submissions thread. Ping the @Grader Help role when you do so to ensure that this gets resolved ASAP!
However, if more than a few hours have passed between when you attempted to submit something and when you are reporting the issue, we may not be able to help. This policy is to ensure there is no cheating involved or attempts to circumvent event or extension deadlines!
For artwork, there are a few restrictions in regards to what does and does not count as a "shown" character!
For a character to count towards rewards, they need to have some sort of identifiable features!
For example, a character will not count towards rewards if they are shown in one of these ways (or similarly):
❌ only an arm, leg, tail, etc. is shown in-frame
* If only a head/face is shown, it may be considered valid depending on the level of detail!
❌ heavily simplified or greatly lacking detail
* Examples may include characters being far away and simplified, or characters as part of a crowd being simplified.
❌ only appearing as a silhouette
If you're unsure about whether a character should count towards grading, you can ask about it in the #questions channel!
If you have any questions about the graders and how grading works that aren't answered in the Grading Questions section of the FAQ, feel free to ask in #questions or via #submit-a-ticket!
