Recruits are the members of your team that come after your leaders! They make up the majority of your team, and there wouldn't really be much of a guild without 'em, now would there?
This page will briefly explain the process of getting new characters, the ways you can find them, and how to get your application ready for approval!
A team can have a total of 25 regular recruits, each taking up their own slot on the team. To start adding new characters to your team, you must first have open Recruit Slots. The first set of recruit slots can be purchased for 2,000p at the Ethovalon Shops!
After completing a Mystery Dungeon, your team is guaranteed to encounter one of the recruitable Pokemon found in the dungeon. The recruit is shown in the Dungeon Grader, but it will also be reflected in the #grading-logs after submitting!
Alternatively, you may come by a Recruit Token for completing a mission or maybe by getting lucky in a dungeon or with a treasure box. Recruit Tokens are items that can be used to roll for a randomized recruit, rolling only from a list of regular recruits that can be obtained -- if you can find them in a dungeon below Level 80 or 90, then you can roll them on a token.
To add a recruit to the team, you will have to make a post in #inventory to declare you wish to add a Pokemon to the team that encountered them. If the recruit was encountered in a dungeon, you link to the message that was logged in the #grading-logs with the recruit. You also do this if you rolled a recruit token directly on the grader before submitting.
If you rolled a recruit token in #inventory, then you must link to the message with the token's result!
Following the Character Creation rules and guidelines, you create an application for them and submit it via #submit-a-ticket's Character Submission option when you are ready.
Recruit applications do not require the level of detail that leader applications have in terms of personality or history, but they still require all sections filled in! Be sure to review the character creation guidelines if you need a refresher on how to make characters for the group!
The visual application for a recruit uses the single application template. The written application must be completed, but it does not need to be as extensive as your leader's!
When submitting an application to the DeviantART gallery, submit them to the Recruits Apps folder!
