Potions & Customization

✦ The items in this shop are used to apply cosmetic changes to your character!

✦ Below, you can find commonly available Potions (and other items) to make your character shiny, change their regional form, and even change their base colors and/or patterns!

✦ There are also various Transformative Items that allow Pokemon to swap between various forms (i.e. Rotom, Oricorio, etc.), and for gijinkas to take on an entirely new look -- both temporarily and permanently!

✦ All Event Potions and Juices have their own descriptions, which you can find on the Potions & Variants page!

✵ Variant Items ✵

Shiny Potion | 3,500p

Want your character to be shiny? Use this potion on them to change their palette!

✦ Can be used on both incoming or existing characters to change them into their official shiny colors.

✦ This can be stacked on top of a Regional Potion (5,000p) or an Event Juice (event item), but cannot stack with an Event/Seasonal Potion (event item).

✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).

Regional Potion | 5,000p

This potion allows you to change a Pokémon's Regional Form!

✦ Only official regional variants can be used! For example, this can be used to change a Galar Meowth to its Kanto or Alola form!

✦ This potion can be stacked on top of a Shiny Potion (5,000p) or any Event/Seasonal Potion or Juice (event item).

✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).

Reversion Potion | 3,500p

Not vibing with the changes you've made to your character anymore? You can revert them back!

✦ Works to revert a Pokemon with a Potion or Juice (i.e. Shiny / Event / Seasonal) applied to them back to their base form!

✦ Can only be used on an Event or Holiday Hills Variant recruit 3 months after the event in which they were recruited!

Ancient Shiny Potion | 3,500p

Apparently, in some places in the past, shiny Pokémon looked different! You can use this potion to apply those shiny effects.

✦ This allows you to give your Pokémon the colors of shinies from Pokémon Stadium, Pokémon Colosseum, and XD: Gale of Darkness, and other early Pokémon games!

✦ This does not work for unusual colorations in works like the Pokémon anime.

✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).

Hue Berry | 3,500p

A special berry made by crossbreeding a handful of other berries to produce specifically color combinations! This berry will change your character's color palette in ways that haven't been seen before!

✦ Allows for simple, partial, and full recolors of your Pokemon! It can be reverted back to normal with a Reversion Potion (5,000p).

✦ Does not stack with other Potions and does not allow adding of new features or patterns like the Event/Seasonal Potions do! This is only for changes in coloration and very minor markings!

✦ Examples of recolors using this berry may include:

➤ Color palettes from games such as Pokken Tournament or the Super Smash Bros. series and similar combinations

➤ Recoloring one or more features of a design (such as changing the white parts of a Dratini to purple instead of white)

➤ Full recolors of one color theme (such as turning a Poochyena pink)

Deco Berry | 3,500p

A special berry used to affect the patterning on a character's body. For some reason though, mixing it with a Hue Berry doesn't seem to have any effects.

✦ Allows patterning changes or additions without modifying the base coloration of the design! It can be reverted back to normal with a Reversion Potion (5,000p).

✦ Does not stack with other Potions or Berries and does not allow adding of new features or colors like the Event/Seasonal Potions do!

➤ Slight colour shifts are allowed within reason but changing multiple colors entirely is not allowed.

➤ If you wish to change your character's colors and apply a new pattern to them, then a different item may be needed!

➤ For example, making a Galarian Zizagoon’s black bands wavy and a slightly bluish dark gray is allowed. Making the bands wavy and changing them to bright purple is not.

✦ All patterns must be checked and approved in #design-check!

Seasonal Potions | Event Item
Available only during Holiday Hills!

Seasonal Potions can only be purchased when the seasonal Holiday Hills event comes around!

✦ Can be used to apply themes surrounding holiday festivities, the seasons, and nature overall to a character's appearance!
✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).

Event Potions | Event Item

Special potions that can can rarely be found through certain events and other group activities!

✦ Can be used to customize Pokemon to various themes such as Delight, Ethereal, Astral, etc.!
✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).
✦ These rare and special Event Potions must be earned through event participation and cannot currently be bought or gifted, but may be traded!
➤ i.e. You may trade an Event/Seasonal Potion or Juice along with Poke, art, and/or items for another Event/Seasonal Potion or Juice, but you may not trade an Event Potion for solely Poke, art, and/or items!

Event Juices | Event Item

Like potions... but more! These items can be found through certain events and other group activities!

✦ Can be used to customize Pokemon to various themes such as Monster, Glowlight, and Crystalline!

✦ Can be used in addition to a Potion! You can only have one type of Juice applied to a Pokemon at once however!

✦ Can be reversed with Reversion Potion (5,000p).

✦ These rare and special Event Juices must be earned through event participation and cannot currently be bought or gifted, but may be traded similar to Potions!

✵ Transformative Items ✵

Mega Stone | 5,000p

Allows a character to assume their Mega Evolved form both in and outside of dungeons!

✦ This item does not provide any bonuses and is merely used for flavor purposes!

✦ Can only be used on Pokemon who have an official Mega Evolution! The full list of those Pokemon can be found here!

✦ Can be used alongside any Event Potion/Juice! If you want to have an Astral Mega Ampharos, you can do that!

✦ To apply a Mega Stone to a character, post in the #inventory channel with the character you'd like to give it to! A Mega Stone can only be applied to one character for each Stone!

》 Switching Between Mega & Regular Form 《

➤ When a Mega Stone is applied to a character, you will be given the option of allowing your character to always take on the appearance of their Mega Evolution in both their gijinka and feral forms.

➤ If you decide to do so, you post about it in the #inventory channel and update their app with these changes!

➤ If you change your mind and no longer want your character to always have the form of their Mega Evolution, you will have to post again in the #inventory channel and update your app to reflect this!

➤ Bear in mind that this does not mean that your character will have the power that comes with Mega Evolving available to them at all times even if they look like they are Mega Evolved all the time! Take care not to godmod when RPing with a character who is in a constantly transformed state in this way!

Gijinka Form Change | 5,000p

Feel like your character isn't vibing with being a mermaid or a centaur anymore? They can change their form to something more suitable for them using this item!

✦ This is a one-time use item! If you would like to change your character's appearance again, you must buy another one!

✦ This item will permanently alter a character's appearance. For characters with a fantasy body type (i.e. centaurs, mermaids, satyrs, etc.) in gijinka form, using one will allow you to change them to a regular human-like body.

✦ Similarly, if you wish to give your character a fantasy body type (that does not require the use of a Potion or Juice), you would use this item if they did not previously have those features!

✦ All changes made to the character must be reflected on their app!

✧ This can be used to grant a four-legged Pokemon gijinka the body of a centaur! Under normal circumstances, you may only have a centaur-like gijinka if the base Pokemon has hooves. This item can be used to gain non-standard centaurs such as a Growlithe gijinka with pawed feet.

Transformation Scarf | 5,000p

This item allows characters in gijinka form to temporarily take on physical changes!

✦ These items are applied to a character and can be freely used afterwards! You can only have one transformation per character.

✦ This item allows your character to switch between two forms temporarily. Examples include a mermaid or a naga temporarily gaining legs to walk on land, or a werewolf character transforming under the full moon but reverting back in the morning.

✦ This can be used by characters with a fantasy body type in gijinka form to attain a regular humanoid appearance and vice-versa.

✦ When transforming, the scarf does not have to be included -- it's not so much a literal object the character carries but rather something to keep track of characters with differing forms in the Player Inventory Shop section of your inventory!

✦ Note: These transformations cannot be completely anthropomorphic! Limbs and some parts of the face changing into something more animalistic or humanoid (depending on what is transforming) is permitted however!

Pokémon Form Change | 5,000p

This item allows a Pokemon to swap between different forms their base species may have!

✦ This item can only be used on Pokemon who can change their forms ordinarily using items or by interacting with other certain features in-game.

✦ These items are applied to a character and can be freely used afterwards!

✦ The form changes may be applied to both feral and gijinka forms.

✦ Changing forms will also affect the Pokemon's typing. So, if you require a specific typing for a dungeon or event, it could be a convenient way to access it!

》 Allowed & Disallowed Form Changes 《

➤ Castform may switch between its Normal, Rainy, Sunny, and Snowy forms

➤ Rotom may switch between its Normal, Heat, Wash, Frost, Fan, Mow forms

➤ Furfrou may switch between its Natural Form and its various trims; Heart Trim, Star Trim, Diamond Trim, Debutante Trim, Matron Trim, Dandy Trim, La Reine Trim, Kabuki Trim, and Pharaoh Trim

➤ Oricorio may switch between its Baile, Pom-pom, Pa'u, and Sensu styles

➤ Deoxys may switch between its Normal, Attack, Speed, and Defense formes

➤ Burmy may switch between its Plant, Sandy, and Trash cloaks

➤ While Burmy can switch freely, Wormadam cannot swap freely due to the differing movesets and abilities they gain from the different cloaks! To switch a Wormadam to a different form, you will have to use a Regional Potion (5,000p).

➤ Shaymin may switch between its Land and Sky formes

➤ Hoopa may switch between its Confined and Unbound forms

✵ Customization Items ✵

Hair Accessory Pack | 3,500p

This allows characters to style their hair/fur in ways that significantly deviate from their base designs! It also allows for characters that typically do not have hair to gain some luscious locks of their own!

✦ Meant for feral forms only! This does not affect your gijinka's hair!

✦ Does not allow non-furred Pokemon to become fully covered in fur! It will only allow you to make "hairstyles" for your character around their head(s)!

✦ Allows characters with or without fur and/or hair to style their hair in ways that would typically be seen as silhouette-breaking.

➤ Note that while this allows for deviation from the base Pokemon design, a design with this pack applied should always be checked in the #design-check channel to ensure that they pass!

➤ In the case of Furfrou, this item does not allow you to change to one of its "Trims"! It will let you customize the character's trim but not change it entirely! To change a Furfrou's trim, use the Pokemon Form Change item (5,000p).

Form Modification Pack | 3,500p

This pack allows for characters to have slight deviations in their bodies from a base design!

✦ Allows for minor changes to a feral Pokemon’s body that slightly changes its body's features. By changing the feral, the gijinka may also be affected in similar ways!

➤ For example, you may use this pack to make a Zweilous's wings slightly wider around the center to better resemble a real wing. However, you cannot change its texture to be feathered, greatly affect the size of the wings, or give it the appearance of a full bird's wing.

✦ If a change is deemed too major for what the pack offers, a Potion or Juice may be recommended instead!

✦ Modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be checked and approved in the #design-check channel!

➤ Certain changes may not be allowed to be used if it alters the design of the base Pokémon in a way that removes any of its essential features. For example, these changes would not be allowed:

Increasing the length of an Eevee's body so that it resembles an ermine
Shortening the length of a Pikachu's tail into a bunny-like tail
Increasing the width of a Hydreigon's wings to a point they no longer look spindly

✅ Allowed with Form Modification Pack

✅ Non-nubby legs and paws for a Skitty (still must be cat-like)

✅ Wider wing shape for a Zweilous

❌ Not allowed with Form Modification Pack

❌ Elongated / ermine-like body for an Eevee (not fox or dog-like)

❌ Significantly shortened / bunny tail for a Pikachu

Modern Accessory Pack | Event Item

Available only at the Traveling Shop!

A box of clothing and accessories brought back from the future by Tempo the Dialga for all your fashion needs!

✦ Allows for modern clothing that isn’t associated with a particular season to be used (i.e. fishnets, business suit and tie, modern analogue watches, certain types of high heels like stilettos, graphic tees, etc.).

✦ This is a single-use item, meaning you must purchase a new accessory pack for each character you wish you use it on!

✦ Accessory Packs may be used to give your character more modern attire without necessarily needing to use a Paradox Potion!

Seasonal Accessory Pack | Event Item

Limited to 1 purchase per team! Available only during Holiday Hills!

This allows any member(s) of your team to have an out-of-era season-themed accessories of your choosing!

✦ Brought to Holiday Hills from the future by Tempo the Dialga, this can include accessories like a modern swimsuit, sunglasses, baseball cap, etc.!

✦ The theme of this accessory pack will depend on the season that the current Holiday Hills falls under!

✦ Accessory Packs may be used to give your character more modern attire without necessarily needing to use a Paradox Potion!
