There have been curious eyes all over the Great Ocean, and as such, there's quite a few young ones eager to join the GCSF! Even though they can't be fully fledged members until they turn 16, apprenticing for a team should show them the basics and get them ready for graduation!
✦ This will allow children/teens 12-15 capable of joining your team. Unable to be fully fledged members until they turn 16, they'll use this opportunity as a learning experience to learn how working in a team is!
✦ Apprentices can ONLY be basic-stage Pokemon! Special event variants can also be used. Children wouldn't be too experienced, after all!
✦ Apprentices cannot participate in Missions or Raids! They can participate in: Regular Dungeons, Holiday Hills, Most Tasks, and Jobs! They must be under the supervision of a character from the same team!
✦ When an apprentice turns 16, they'll need to complete the task Graduation Day to become a fully realized member of the team! An available recruit slot will also be needed to be open for them to join the team officially.
✦ Each team can have a maximum of 3 Apprentice Recruit Slots -- these are listed separately from your normal recruit slots!
✦ These slots can only be purchased by teams at or above Gold Rank! Gotta make sure your team is viable enough to have apprentices!
With the expansion of the GSCF to the Flying Islands, it seems your team has gained the attention of some paradoxical wanderers who are looking to partner up with you! If you want to have a Paradox Pokemon join your team, you'll need these!

Want a Pokemon from one of your teams to move to another of your teams? You can with this item!
✦ Any member transferred between your teams will be regressed to Level 1 but otherwise keep their evolutionary stage! They will keep their movesets as well!
✦ Any members transferred to a new team to become leaders will be regressed to level 5 instead! They will keep their movesets as well!
✦ You can transfer members regardless of if they have an approved app or not!
✦ Characters can only be moved between your own teams and can't transferred to other members's teams!

✦ In order to buy your 2nd team, you must meet the following requirements:
➤ The leader(s) on your 1st team must be Level 100
➤ Your 1st team must be Gold Rank
》 Starting a New Team 《
➤ For your new team's leader(s), you can roll a set of 12 Pokemon like when you first joined and/or a team member from your first team can be transferred to lead your new team!
If you opt to transfer characters from one of your previous teams, they will be regressed to Level 5. The characters will keep their evolutionary stage and do not devolve! You will need to have a Team Member Swap (5,000p) for each character you wish to transfer.
You can also go with a mix of both and use one member from one character of your previous teams and one Pokemon from your rolls as a brand new character for leaders.
➤ Rolls are not required and also not binding! If you already know you just want to use one of your first-team's members as your second-team leader and don't necessarily want to roll, you can choose not to! Regardless, rolling doesn't mean you have to take any of the mons if you don't want to!
➤ Your previous team(s) doesn't change or vanish, you can still use them like normal alongside your second team!
➤ When your new team is ready to be reviewed for approval, send them in via #submit-a-ticket as if you were sending in a new character application!

You want... another team? Far be it from us to stop you! The requirements are a little higher for this one, but once you've fulfilled them all, you can start the process again!
✦ In order to buy your 4th team, you must meet the following requirements:
➤ The leader(s) on your 3rd team must be Level 100
➤ Your 3rd team must be Gold Rank
➤ Your 1st team must be Master Rank
✦ Be sure to check Starting a New Team above for details!
✦ The maximum number of teams you can have is four! After this, if you wish to make a new team, you will need to replace one of your previous ones or send them on vacation with the Team Vacation Pass!
Not feeling too keen on one of your current teams? You can send them away for a well-earned vacation for a time until you're ready to bring them back!
✦ Teams with less than five approved members (this includes your leaders) are not eligible to be vaulted.
✦ You cannot send a team away if it is the only team you have available! This also means you will not be able to buy this item until you have acquired a second team!
✦ You can only use this item once every 3 months!

》 Sending a Team On Vacation 《
➤ This will mark one of your teams as inactive, effectively "vaulting" them for the time-being! The expectation is that you will not be using this team in new pieces while they are away.
➤ The team is preserved exactly as it is, freezing your items, team members, and Poke (if applicable)! If you want any items from the team you will be vaulting, be sure to transfer them to another team beforehand!
➤ Provides you an open slot for another team without completely scrapping your current one.
➤ Inactive teams can be deleted, and you will get refunded the full amount you spent to send them away. However, if you wish to transfer items off of the team to another one, you will only receive half of what you initially spent in return!
➤ All characters and items will be permanently lost if you delete an inactive team. In addition to the above rule to move items off of that team to another one, transfering team members requires use of a Team Member Swap or PC to NPC Swap.
➤ The price will depend on the rank of the team you want to send away! You can find the prices below:

The GCSF offers some level of flexibility when it comes to choosing who you want to lead your teams with. Looking to find a new co-lead? Or hoping to separate from your current co-lead and go it solo? This service is for you!
✦ Team rebuilding offers the opportunity for a Solo Leader Team to become a Two-Leader Team and vice-versa!
✦ It also allows for separate teams to combine to become a Team with a Friend, or for a Team with a Friend to become two separate teams!
✦ This process is largely case-by-case and all involved members will have to work with the mods to facilitate the changes!
✦ If you wish to start the process of rebuilding a team, use #submit-a-ticket for Private Questions or Concerns!
➤ If a Team with a Friend is involved, be sure to mention if you need your co-leader to be added to the ticket as well!
》 Solo Team 🡰🡲 Two-Leader Team《
➤ Costs 10,000p to switch between a Solo Team and a Two-Leader Team.
➤ If switching from Solo Team to Two-Leader Team, you can promote one of your current recruits to the second team leader slot.
➤ If switching from Two-Leader Team to Solo Team, you will have to dismiss or demote one of the team leaders to an open recruit slot.
➤ You may only do this to your team once every 6 months!
》 Separate Teams 🡲 Team with a Friend《
➤ It does not cost any Poke to switch between 2 Separate Teams (owned by separate members) and a Team with a Friend.
➤ You must wait until 1 year has passed before you can change the team's type again unless one of the team's owners leaves the group!
Starting Allowances
➤ When switching from 2 Separate Teams to a Team with a Friend, you and your co-lead will lose a majority of the unlocks acquired from the Solo Teams. Here's what the new team receives:
A Branch must be chosen for the team
All Recruit Tokens, Potions / Juices, and inventory items will be removed
Team Rank becomes Rookie and Rank Points are set to 0 RP
Both team leaders are set to Level 5 and must remove any moves that they should no longer have at that level
7 Recruit Slots are automatically unlocked, allowing up to 7 recruits from either of the original teams to be moved over for free
All recruits who are transferred over are set to Level 1 and must remove any moves they should no longer have at that level

Moving Characters
➤ When creating the new Team with a Friend, each team owner will move 1 character into a leader slot.
➤ 7 Recruit Slots are automatically unlocked, allowing up to 7 recruits from either of the original teams to be moved over for free. The opened recruit slots can be split between the team owners however you'd like!
➤ No Special Recruit Slots are automatically unlocked, however you can pay to unlock the slots if you wish to transfer a Special Recruit to the new team immediately (this includes Apprentices, Mythicals, and Paradoxes).
The cost of the slots are the same as the regular pricing for each type.
Apprentice Slots are 10,000p. Paradox Slots are 15,000p. Mythical Slots are 50,000p.
Any Special Recruit Slots that are NOT immediately purchased cannot be unlocked until the new team reaches the required Team Rank to buy them. If you want to move any Special Recruits over to your new team right away, please be sure to account for the Poke needed to do so!
➤ Any characters that are not moved to the new team can be dismissed or turned into an NPC. If you wish to move characters to a different team that you own, you will need to use a Team Member Swap on them.
➤ Approved characters transferred to the new team will retain all applied items.
➤ TMs (including team-wide Illegal Move Tutors) can be transferred from the previous teams.
》 Team with a Friend 🡲 Separate Teams《
➤ It does not cost any Poke to switch between 2 Separate Teams (owned by separate members) and a Team with a Friend.
➤ You must wait until 1 year has passed before you can change the team's type again!
➤ If you own a Team with a Friend and your co-lead leaves the group, you do not have to go through this process!
In cases like these, the remaining team owner can take full custody of the team with either 1 or 2 leaders, and nothing will be reset or lost!
