Warners have now released the prices for 2026, so this price is fixed.
Set in 400 acres of glorious parkland, close to Chipping Norton, Heythrop Park is a Grade II* listed Italian Baroque-style country house, which has been a feature in the Cotswolds since 1710.
In this stylishly refurbished hotel you’ll find three restaurants, inviting lounges, two entertainment venues ready for those lively evenings, and many sporting activities, including a rifle range, and an 18-hole golf course. If you prefer a more relaxing break, you can choose to unwind in the luxurious Spa & Wellness Centre, which includes a pool.
Two full day excursions will be organised (locations TBD, but there is no shortage of choice in an area so full of attractive places to visit).
Up to 31st March 2025 Members have priority in booking, for themselves, and up to 3 guests. After March 31st, booking will be opened to all, on a first-come first-served basis. A very limited number of single rooms will be available, for which Members will have priority, and there will be a single supplement of up to £60 for non-members.
To reserve your places, send a £30 deposit per person, with the booking form. The closing date is 31st May 2025, although it is likely to be fully booked by then! The final balance will be due by 1st October 2025.
Please note that the member making the booking is responsible for all payments to the Club, including final balances, for all people on their booking.
Insurance is not included, so you are strongly advised to take out your own travel and cancellation insurance for this event.
Deposit of £30 per person with Event No 29 Booking Form by 31st May 2025 latest. Balance £409 due by 1st Oct 2025.
