Manila paper folders
Coloring Pages.
Pair of scissors.
Glue
Colors or markers
Pieces to glue (stuffed animal, sponge, band-aid, sandpaper, wooden stick, pen and rubber band)
Yarn
Introduction:
The sense of touch is one of our most important senses, It is one of the first senses that develops in a human being and is active from before birth, Sensory play encourages development of cognitive skills, speech and language, fine motor skills and social emotional, which is essential for children and what better than to explore them through play in a safe environment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Write the title of the cover with markers or colors and on the last page (back cover) a dedication for the child.
2. Color the 8 pictures and cut them out
3. Paste the drawings with the corresponding texture on each of the folder sheets (teddy bear: felt, window: sponge, band-aid: band-aid, sandbox: sandpaper, bedroom: wooden stick, bird: feather and racket: rubber band )
4. Join the folder sheets by crossing each of the sheets with the 8-inch yarn through each of the holes and tie a knot in the back of the book.
