Kind I want to be
friends of color I want to have
With all of them, I want to share
the joy of living.
All we need is to talk
in this way, we will be able to respect
the things that others want to do
talking everything can be fixed.
All the weapons in the world
we are going to bury
because if friendship reigns between us
we won’t need them
so we will have more time to play.
Tanks released flowers I can imagine
no more wars, only laughter ,and happiness
let’s go look
because peace in the
World we will find.
In my poem, I am exploring the importance of peace around the world, and the acceptance of different skin tones in society. In my poem, I wrote about the importance of respecting people regardless of their culture, race, and skin tone. I wrote a couple of notes about the value of friendship and what it would be like to live in a world without wars and hate. If only peace reigned, we would live in a world of laughter and happiness. I was inspired to write this poem because for me it is very important that there be peace in the whole world, and that people stop judging other people because of their skin color, religion, or sex. And that friendship reigns among all people, and that the world is full of laughter and happiness.
