The World Cup brings passion to people from all around the world. It brings everyone from a country together to support their nation, kids and adults watch it for a month. The stadium trembles from the loudness and the maximum capacity that it has. It gets around 5 billion views, Making it the most watched sports tournament in the world.
The World Cup occurs every four years. Each one is hosted in a different country, making every one very unique. Each one with a different culture, music, and colors. The World Cup ceremonies are always very exciting, bringing a lot of celebrities from all over the world. The stadiums get full of fans. Fans cry when their nation's anthem is played, and even the footballers cry. Each country's flag is raised with pride by their people, in hope that their country gets to lift the World Cup.
The best part about it are the games. The best countries face off. We get to see the best of the best footballers play each other. Footballers running around as fast as a cheetah. We also see some of the greatest goals that they score. The fans cry either from sadness or joy from seeing their team eliminated or seeing them win. There's so many tears that it floods the stadium.
The World Cup is something that some people can't live without. Every football fan as a kid wished for this. We wanted to become a professional football player. We wished to one day be able to play in the World cup, the same exact World Cup that we would watch on tv. I wished that one day I could go to one world cup.
What inspired me to write this essay was the world cup occurring right now, I'm also a very passionate football fan. I've been watching the World Cup since I was a kid. I dreamed of one day being there playing in it. I wanted to let other people know about the world cup sand their very passionate fans.
