What Voltage Is The Ccell Palm "Set" At?
As you're aware, the Ccell Palm does not have a settable Voltage. So to find out what Voltage is actually supplied to the cart I took one apart and did a little investigation.
It turns out that the answer depends on the start of charge of the battery as follows...
Battery above ~50% charged - Voltage to the cart is regulated to approximately 3.5V
Battery below 50% - Voltage to the cart is unregulated and is equal ~0.18V less than the Battery Voltage, with the low-level cart Voltage cutoff occurring at a cart about 2.6V.
So what does this mean in practice?
Well if you keep your Ccell Palm charge topped up, and you'll get a fairly constant power of around 8 Watts until the charge drops below ~50%. Thereafter the power will slowly fall to about 4.5W before cutting out altogether.
