"Learning Not To Resist" by Eluski

I will try to do my best to explain deepest mindfulness meditation experience so far, facilitated by the Aegis Solo, Digiflavor Mesh Pro RDA, SS316L 150 mesh

For weeks I tried to get the courage to try again, previously I had only tried with 12mg with very few CEV. Last time I hadn't held the medicinal vapour for very long, maybe 5 seconds.

Today I decided to try 13mg again but again I couldn't stand the vapour, not because of harshness (in all experiences I barely felt it) but because of fear. Once this experience was over, I felt almost no fear of trying again, I remembered the video of Minty Love , where it talks about split sessions, and decided to try it with a higher dose of 18mg and it was fantastic!

As soon as I finished the toke I was immediately transported to a room , I felt the presence of something , at a visual level I can not explain it , but I could see the geometry , I started to become very afraid  & tried to go back.  But then hearing a voice feeling like someone saying "Calm down don't try to resist" , "Calm down".

But I continued resisting and the music stopped, but  as soon as I ceased resisting, the music returned.  I tried one or two more times, the same thing happening with the music until I stopped resisting. I then got the message  - "You see, it's better not to resist, just take it easy, enjoy" and all of a sudden I was at peace.

It was all very confusing afterwards and I can't remember, I just remember feeling the descending.

I highly recommend the "Session Splitting", mentioned in Minty's Video , it really helps!
