This RDA features in the latest emesh video, where the initial inspection and setup, plus cleaning is shown at 08:00 onwards , and is currently the most common go-to for many punters wishing to experience the amazing efficiency of emesh.  Available from Wish, Aliexpress, 2fdeal and DHGate as a clone (search for "Mesh Pro RDA" on any of these sites)

As per the Vandy Vape knockoffs, my resistance of the mesh coil was initially showing high (in this case about 0.3Ω instead of the expected 0.22 - 0.25Ω ish for a 38mm x 10mm mesh)  and upon testing and Wattage was varying considerably during the "No Toke" test. 

However, after stripping right down (see pic), a thorough cleaning (WD-40), and very gentle polishing (Autosol) the resistance is now as expected and the "No Toke" wattage is now rock solid. (Probably wise to rinse in iso or similar to guarantee elimination of WD40 residues).

Apart from that - great. Everything is a nice sliding fit, seems superior build to my two Vandy Original knockoffs. I now have several of these from Aliexpress and Wish.  Two have worked in temperature control right out of the box (note that the new suggestion is based upon Power Mode) four have needed dismantling/cleaning with WD40 (make sure residues are cleaned/burned off befores use) and one needed some work to remedy a quality control issues with the mesh clamps not being able to fully tighten.

Pros - incredible value, large internal space, fantastic build quality (although more recent models seem to suffer common quality control problems/manufacturing defects), good spares package included, easy to completely dismantle and clean.  See this page for common problems with some simple suggested solutions.

Cons - tiny hexagonal screws, non captive parts very easy to lose when fitting new mesh. Needed cleaning and polishing to get the resistances/wattages looking good (but don't most knockoff RDAs need this anyway?). 

Verdict? Good - but buy a couple - they're very cheap and quality control issues are now fairly common although as described many have simpe solutions.
