There are no fewer than 13 different Aromanizer variants listed on the Steam Crave website, be aware that his page relates only to the Aromanizer V4 Plus RDTA, which is a similar device to the Wotofo Profile RDTA.
Just like the Profile RDTA, the Aromanizer easily converts to an RDA that, reportedly, can be very successfully used for Dimitri emesh. The conversion procedure is mostly self-explanatory, although a guide is shown on the Steam Crave website
The V4 Plus's mesh clamps are designed to accommodate 9.8mm wide meshes, making it comparable to the earlier Vandy Vape M1, and a mm or so wider than both Mesh Pro and Profile RDTA.
Mesh length (in the designed configuration), is somewhat restricted by a honeycomb sidewalls and two locating pins which protrude down from the cap. However, a simple workaround can be implemented to greatly extend useable mesh area (see pics below)
As per the Profile RDTA, I haven't actually tested this device myself, but accept the positive feedback from the Discord member who kindly supplied the pics and information.

The body/cap. Note the two locating pegs and honeycomb air sidewalls which restrict mesh size in the standard orientation
(Right)The location pegs fit into the two corresponding holes in the deck (left) when assembled (these are juice fill ports on the RDA base when in RTDA mode). The upper/lower elongated slots in the deck are juice well openings for the cotton wicking (not used for Dimitri emesh)
As can be seen, we can't make the mesh any longer without it contacting the cap sidewalls and causing problems.
The mesh hack. The 510 connector screw can loosened and the mesh clamp assembly rotated 90°, before re-tightening.
A longer mesh can now be accommodated, extending over the unused juice well openings.
Notes:
1. The clamp assembly sits a little higher in the rotated position, but provided care is exercised, no problems have been reported.
2. When using the 90° offset as shown, the mesh will need to be fitted before rotating as the deck cutouts will no longer allow access to the clamp screws.
3. Larger meshes will require higher wattages.
