Belonging to the Yahweh and its fulness [is]
the inhabited world and the ones dwelling in it.

For he established it [the earth/world] upon the seas,
and over rivers he established it.

Who shall go up into the mountain of Yahweh?
And who shall rise up in the place of his holiness?

Clean hands, and pure heart,
who does not lift up his soul to a vain thing,
and does not swear to a deceit.

He takes a blessing from Yahweh,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
