Rounding Algorithm
To round a number to the Nth decimal place, we examine the (N + 1)th decimal place.
To round a number to the Nth decimal place, we examine the (N + 1)th decimal place.
If the number if 5 and above, we round the Nth decimal place up.
If the number if 5 and above, we round the Nth decimal place up.
If the number if 4 and below, we keep the Nth decimal place.
If the number if 4 and below, we keep the Nth decimal place.
