Health builds rely on draining (HP% 💖) to deal fixed damage to the enemy.
Typically when draining a percentage of the enemy's HP, the amount drained won't exceed double of that percentage of your HP.
Some items directly deal such HP% DMG, hence also a part of the health build
It is split into 2 distinct playstyles : Standard Drain and Asura DPS
Disadvantages:
Drain is disabled in Stampedes unless it is a party ability
Ineffective if you lose HP quickly (For non-asura classes and standard drain based off current HP)
May lack DMG against regeneration curses (For non-asura classes)
Tanky class in general
Paladin is also commonly used in Rolling Cow gamemode
Built in passive healing
Saint additionally has a one time revive and burst healing
Plays with max HP increase and healing for increasing drain DMG overtime
Because of its recklessness, it is considered a separate version from the typical drain, and has its own playstyle and equipment recommendations

Survivability: Stoneheart (MaxHP boost but X dodge) / Verdant Melody (Stall) / Yuletide Band (Periodic shield on 🛡️)
Niche: Ocean's Reverie (On-demand mana steal for ✨/⚜️-spammy rotations)
General: Vinebound Bond (Consistent heal)
Legendary:
Survivability: Shadow Drake Band (Burst counter) / Elemental Conflux (Burst heal)
Niche: Equilibrium Band (On-demand shield for ✨-spammy rotations)
General: Starfire Band (Beneficial buffs)
Mythical:
Survivability: Oath of Love (Burst shield) * / Runekeeper's Seal (Periodic shield) / Eye of Avarice (Mana steal, Asura mainly)

How is Asura played?
Characters should not use their ATTACK, and instead focus on DEFEND and using class ability to increase max HP while healing. To stay alive, survivability or utility items are often used.
Once their HP has reached a high enough level to be considered safe, they may choose to ATTACK
It is not a must as drain gear or HP based DMG can deal decent DMG without attacks
If ATTACK is altered within a character ability, you may use your ATTACK as it no longer decreases max HP
