Artemis alongside Apollo has successfully pushed the standards of a T0 ability to the skies! She has innate high passive healing regardless of how low her HP is, and can even freeze the enemy for 5 turns. All the survivability granted to her makes her extremely comfortable to play, whilst defeating enemies with ease.
Yet if your max mana is below 150, you might want to consider using someone else as her ability costs 150 mana and without it, she doesn't perform as well!

Passive
Artemis recovers 5% of her max HP and steals 3 mana from her enemy every round.
After her first death, she revives with 40% of her max HP
+20% class XP gained from dungeon wins
Her normal attacks deal 60% ATK as physical DMG and 60% MD as magical DMG, each has a 33% chance (66% if domain is active) of inflicting a debuff
List of debuffs:
1. Burn dealing 3% of max HP as damage (Caps at 6% of Artemis' current HP)
2. Impair (-15% DEF & MR)
3. Poison (-15% ATK & MD)
4. Paralyse (Prevents enemy from attacking once)

Activates her domain for 5 turns
When the domain is active:
The enemy cannot make actions
The enemy receives +25% DMG
Using ATTACK ⚔️ will have a 66% chance of applying debuffs (instead of 33%)
Using DEFEND 🛡️ extends all debuff durations for 1 extra turn
Using ABILITY ✨ deals 130% damage
If Apollo EX is owned, this instead does 140% damage + Applies a bleed effect lasting for the duration of the domain
Upon exiting domain:
Depletes all enemy's mana
Blocks mana generation for 5 rounds

Weapon: Sirene's Song
Armor: Glorious Nightfall (Mythical) > Scarlet Siege (Legendary)
Shield: Wall of pain (Mythical) > Any offensive shield you own
Rotation:
Ability (Freeze for 5 turns) -> Class Active (Apply bleed) , If out of mana, do ATTACK instead
Alternative playstyle
Prerequisites:
Mana bar >= 150
Class: Reaper (Sniper if DoT is not allowed)
Weapon: Shadowfang / Airfoil > Any offensive crit weapon you own
Armor: Glorious Nightfall (Mythical) > Scarlet Siege (Legendary)
Shield: Tyranny (Mythical) > King's Aegis (Legendary) or Any offensive shield you have
Rotation:
- ATTACK/DEFEND (at most 10 times) + Use Class active but save up 150 mana
- Use Ability when almost dead and finish off the enemy
Universal builds:
Artemis is compatible with all Rolling Cow Builds.
