Phrolova plays around different states, gaining additional effects with every changes, requiring meticulous management to efficiently finish rotations.
At her setup phase, she focuses on gaining Volatile Notes (🎶), while her active speeds up the process.
At her most powerful phase, she can focus on stronger damage deflection or stronger ATK, benefitting both her survivability and damage.
In a party, she excels at periodic burst damage and a decent ATK boost.

Gaining notes for the Maestro state
During Reincarnate state (ends after 1 action):
ATK -> Deals 110% dmg and gain 1 🎶
DEF -> Apply Bleed on the enemy (12% of wielder’s max HP over 3 rounds) and gain 1 🎶
With 6 🎶 -> Automatically deals 80% damage and enters Maestro state for 6 rounds
During Maestro state:
Deflects 28% of damage taken (Doesn't take but reflects)
ATK -> Deal 120% dmg. Every 3rd ATK deals 140% instead
DEF -> Deflects another 28% of damage taken

Enter Reincarnate state if she isn't in Reincarnate/Maestro state

Every 10th turn: Deal 80% damage twice and boost ATK & MD by 2% up to 5 times.
