Lugh Tuatha De offers one of the most easily accessible nukes in the game- can you imagine a hit of 400% DMG? His ability also offers block rate. Additionally, he has a bit of crit DMG buffs in his normal attacks, making him interesting for critical builds that don't use dreadknight.

The second activation: "Unleash"
Unleashes Gungnir onto the enemy, dealing the DMG charged
Removes all effects from "Charging"

Heavily reliant on Grand Harvester (weapon) and Deflector of Zeal (Shield). Without them you should consider other builds.
Rotation: ✨ -> 🛡️, release ✨ when you or the enemy is/are about to die!
Nuke build:
Class: Sniper/Asura
Weapon: Silver scar
Shield: Tyranny / Wall of Pain
Armor: Shadow Strider / Glorious Nightfall
Asura: If you are tanky enough to not die while getting hit alongside the max HP decrease. Else use sniper.
Rotation: Use Ability -> ATTACK 11x -> Use Ability -> ATTACK to finish off if not already dead
Universal builds:
Class: Rogue/Sniper/Reaper
Lugh Tuatha De is compatible with the Physical DPS / Critical playstyle.
Rotation: Spam ATTACK, ability is not necessary, but can be activated and unleashed after 10 turns for a nuke. Note that the mana halt may harm usages of class actives though.
He is also compatible with Block build, especially with the genesis weapon Elegy of the Glacial Heart.
