As a DoT focused DPS, Kafka excels by herself, and does better when paired with DoT items as her ability buffs the DMG dealt by DoTs

Steady DoT Build #1
Class: Death Knight
Weapon: Fafnir's breath (Legendary) > Silent Hurl (Unique)
Armor: Of divine aspect (Legendary)
✨ These weapons offer DoT DMG while the armor benefits with the heals. Everything is scaling off HP, so Death Knight would be the best class here.
Rotation: DEFEND (At most 10 times) / ATTACK + Use Ability every 5 turns (Make sure you have 60 💧 saved up!)
Blitz DoT Build #2
Class: Reaper
Weapon: Sirene's Song > Dreadknight's demise
Armor: Scarlet Siege / Shadow Strider
Shield: Wall of Pain > Tyranny
Sirene's Song : This relies on her ability to double HP debuffs, before applying the necessary bleeds on the enemy.
Rotation: Class Ability x2 -> Ability -> Class Ability / ATTACK if you're out of mana
Dreadknight's Demise : This completely ignores her normal attack effects, but is overall fine as we're only making use of the doubled HP debuff effect from her active. This is arguably less effective than Sirene's Song burst as the DMG from bleed is less apparent.
Rotation: ATTACK + Use Ability every 5 turns (Make sure you have 60 💧 saved up!)
Universal builds:
Class: Death Knight
Kafka is compatible with the Drain playstyle.
Rotation: DEFEND / ATTACK + Use Ability every 5 turns (Make sure you have 60 💧 saved up!)
ROLLING COW : BUILD + PLAYSTYLE
ROLLING COW : BUILD + PLAYSTYLE
Kafka is compatible with all Rolling Cow Builds.
You may use her ability to buff your DoT drain, else don't bother.
