Before the Shaman change, March 7th was weird in all spots. A mediocre shield, mediocre DMG, nothing added up. However after certain item changes and most importantly the shaman change, March 7th has became one of the "tech-units" that relies on counter and freezing to win you games.

Counter Freeze build:
If you are below Floor 121, please use the Early Game Build.
Else:
March 7th is compatible with the Counter playstyle. She's probably the best user for shaman counter builds thanks to her passive shield. Without this build, she is rather mediocre.
Rotation: ATTACK / DEFEND + Use shaman ability when you have 60 mana and don't have an active shield
March 7th is compatible with all Rolling Cow Builds.
Acts simply as a purely passive character unless you are running the lifesteal build.
The passive HP loss may imply the need of a healing source.
