Eliza has a gold consuming ability which often isn't worth it unless you are super rich. But if you have the gold, it offers quite consistent shielding and ATK boost until you are ready to fight. (The buffs scale off gold in bank, you'll need 100K)
Her passive is the most important part, where winning in dungeons grant extra coins. Rejoice!

You need not use her ability, unless you're tryharding to the point of consuming coins- Then I applaud thee. Make sure you don't have an active shield before using the ability.
