I studied linguistics and psychology for 4 years (Bachelor of Arts) and cognitive neuroscience for 3 years (Research Master of Science).

In the past years, I have done research on kids and adults who have impaired musical perception, and investigated how their brain structure and functionality as well as their other cognitive abilities would be affected by the deficits.

I love kids (most of the time haha) and learning sciences. I've done volunteer work in primary schools in cities in Indonesia, Thailand, and China. After graduating from my previous master program, I worked at an e-learning start-up company for one and a half years as product manager and user researcher. There I designed product interfaces and e-learning games for kids, and conducted national-wide user interviews and user tests to iterate our products. I really enjoyed working with kids, and sometimes I think I'm one of them :- D
