Synopsis: In a small town, gossip spirals around the library that seems to foster all sorts of trouble.

"I know you always do everything in your power to get in trouble, but please do not go near the library." Andrew's mother begged.
The boy looked up at her questioningly, why would he get in trouble at the library out of all the places in town? Wasn't that a place where people could go read and discover the marvel of silence? Not that he'd go there anyway, he's dyslexic.
"Why'd I even go to the library? I can barely read whatever I have to for school. And why shouldn't I go to the library? I get the bakery where I could accidentally knock a cake over or something, but what could I do in the library?" he asked.
His mother sighed as she was putting his plate down in front of him and was looking for her own as she answered, already regretting that she was going to speak about that subject to her troublesome son, "Word in town is that all sorts of trouble happen in that library. Strange things, shadows are seen in the middle of the night, weird people go there in the morning and leave at twilight, only to return once again in the morning, just... stay away. And eat your breakfast."
Well, now he had to find out what was going on in the library.
"Yes, sure, Mum. I'll just go over to Harold's while you're at work, don't stress yourself."
And Harold had to go with him to check it out.

"Yeah, I know, my Dad's told me to stay away." Harold said after Andrew told him about what he'd found out.
"So, we have to go see what's up."
"I wouldn't want to get in trouble with Dad..." Harold paused, "But I wouldn't want to miss finding out what some creeps could do at a library!"
"Let's."

And there they found those weird fellas. All dressed to the nines and discussing in tensioned whispers. Something peculiar must have gone on, but Andrew failed to understand why those people were dangerous, weird - yes, but dangerous - no.
"Those aren't adequate outfits, sirs, but I'm sure Father shall let you join us." a boy about their age said.
Harold asked him quickly, "What should we join you in? We are here to read."
"Well, that, of course! We are reading, but it's much more than that. We should penetrate in the stories themselves by using Grandfather's potion. Oh, it is starting." And the boy grabbed Andrew and Harold and jumped in the circle.
They wandered through The Great Gatsby, 1984 and Animal Farm and when they, at last, returned, it was midnight.
Turns out the fuss about that old library was somewhat true, but it wasn't anything dangerous.
