After an archaeologist finds artifacts, they might test to see how old it is, take pictures or x-rays of it, or compare it to other artifacts. They might call another expert to help them. Eventually, they try to make conclusions about the artifact they have found. If you were an archaeologist, you would have to make conclusions based on your findings. Today you will examine and analyze some pretend artifacts. We are going to pretend they were used by people who lived thousands of years ago. Obviously, these are not really thousands of years old. I have collected these just for this activity. I have some of these pretend "artifact" on the side counter to look at when we are done.
