Artist Statement: For this assignment we were instructed to take multiple pictures that we could put together to make a scene but also make it interesting and fictional so basically it couldn't happen in real life. I chose to take a picture of the windows in the hall, the falcon pride painting outside and a picture of my friend Jacquie with a paint brush up to the window. After I took all those pictures I combined them all and made it look like Jacquie was painting the wall through the window which couldn't actually happen in real life. I also used the technique, rule of thirds to take the picture and then once I put all three pictures together I used the eraser tool and quick select tool to touch it up and make it look like she was painting from the window.

One thing I liked about this assignment was how I got all these pictures together and look really interesting. Like in the previous assignments where we had to put multiple pictures together I would find a way to have them get together and not look bad but they weren't always very interesting and I think this one is more interesting and I did a better job combining the pictures.

One thing I would change about this assignment if I could do it again is I would try and take a better picture of a window. For this assignment I chose to use the window near the library but there is a lot of lines on it so If I would've took a picture of a window that had nothing on it and was just a big window then her painting out of it could've looked more realistic but I think it still turned out good.
