Creative Landscape

For this assignment we were instructed to take a picture of landscape. Creative landscape. To take a photo for this I asked my sister to go on a walk with me in the woods behind my house because I would be able to take a lot of photos while walking around and could chose one.

When we were walking around I took a lot but then I decided to go with this picture. I decided this photo because of the angle, detail, and color. It wasn't too dark, too bright, there is a lot of detail and for the angle I used one from the video Ms. Medsker showed us for taking pictures of food. I was standing on a little bridge that was built over this little pond and I set my phone at the bridge and took the picture at a very low angle so it would show the whole pond but also the detail and of the trees and sticks..etc because I thought it showed a lot of detail. But, along with all the detail I put it in photoshop and used the healing brush tool to get rid of extra sticks, leaves, and make the picture clear up and look more presentable but other than that I didn't change anything else about the photo.

If I could go back and do this assignment all over again I would want to take more creative landscape photos and edit them but, I like how this photo came out especially with not being able to go anywhere and take a really good picture. I didn't think that the woods in my backyard would help me take a photo and come out nice so overall I like how the photo and edits came out.
