Using Survey Tracking Workbench

Facilities/Providers/Agencies will navigate to the Survey Tracking Workbench from the "Announcements" page. After selecting the Survey Tracking Workbench, users will navigate to the survey with which they wish to work.

Survey Tracking Workbench has three categories for facilities/providers/agencies. Most work with Survey Tracking will be prompted by Surveys with New Messages and Surveys in Progress categories.

Surveys are available for viewing and response in the survey tracking workbench. Each workbench category displays those surveys that fall within their category.  Click on the triangle, as designated by the purple arrows in the screenshot below, to expand the category and view the available surveys.

Upon expanding the chosen category, users can select the survey they wish to work with by clicking the "Review" button.
