Documentation - Downloading Documents

When users receive notice the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has uploaded documents, they should navigate to the survey and download those documents for review.

Download important survey documents provided by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment by clicking the "Documents" button on the main Plan of Correction review screen. The green arrow in the screenshot below shows where to click to open the documents screen. A pop-up screen will display with a list of downloadable items. Typical materials in the downloads include the survey, and if there was a deficiency cited, a "packet" of information that includes instructions for disputing findings and instructions for writing an acceptable plan of correction along with a letter notifying of important survey deadlines and possible enforcement actions. The purple arrow in the screenshot below shows where to click to download the documents.
