When users receive an email stating they have a new survey message, they can review the message in COHFI two ways. Messages for particular surveys are always available in the survey messages and all unread messages are available in the message center.
Message Center
Access the Message Center by clicking on the teal oval with the white envelope on the right side of the menu ribbon. The message center is accessible in the menu ribbon in each COHFI module. See the purple arrow in the screenshot below for the message center location.
The message center displays messages that are not read or that require a response. Messages can be from Licensing, Survey Tracking, or Occurrences modules. The blue arrows in the screenshot below show the category of message. The purple arrow shows the location to click to expand and read a message. The green arrows show where users can click to mark a message read or reply to a message from the message center. The red arrows show where to click to access the License, Survey, or Occurrence associated with the message.
Survey Messages
Survey Tracking Messages (formerly Notes) are located in the Message Tab on the main plan of correction review page, see green arrow on screenshot below, for the survey applicable to the message. Open messages by clicking the triangle on the left side of the message list to expand and read the message then mark the message as read, as show by the purple arrows on the screenshot below. When done review messages close the message tab with the close button or the "x" box indicated by the red arrows in the screenshot below. Video instructions are provided below the screenshot.
