To locate all users for your facility/agency
After logging in select the facility/agency you wish to work with and confirm that selection.
To view assigned users for that facility select the Facility menu, then the View Facility Users option within that menu.

Facility users who do not have the COHFI Account Manager role assigned will have view-only access to this area.
Facility users are able to see all users currently assigned to the facility/agency they selected, as well as the assigned rights for each user.
Facility users are able to see who the assigned COHFI Account Manager at any time, should they need assistance with account management.
If the COHFI Account Manager has left, an authorized facility/agency representative should contact cohfi.support@state.co.us to let us know who they would like to be assigned to the role of COHFI Account Manager.
