Submitting a Plan of Correction
Adding a Plan of Correction Deficiency (POCD)
Deficiencies with POCD Status of "Required" must have a POC entered. Purple arrows in the figure below show where to find POCD Status and the Review button. The green arrow shows the status "Ready" which is the designation for deficiencies with a POCD entered and saved for submission.
On the POCD review screen below, the purple arrow shows the text box where users should paste the applicable POCD. We strongly recommend writing POCDs in a word document and pasting it in the POCD box to avoid losing work. COHFI will logs users out when they do not use action buttons for 15 minutes. After entering the POCD text, add the "Completion Date" in the box highlighted by the red arrow below. When the POCD text and Completion Dates are entered, click the "Submit POCD" button, as shown by the green arrow below. You will then be returned to the main POC review screen.
Submit POC
Once all of your POCDs show they are in "Ready" status, the "Submit POC" button is activated. The red arrow in the figure below shows where to click "Submit POC" review button. Upon clicking the "Submit POC" button, you will be asked to "sign" your POC by clicking the purple "Accept" button as highlight by the purple arrow in the figure below. Users that accidentally click the "Submit POC" button or decide they would still like to edit their POC, can click the "Decline" button.
