COHFI system revision October 2024
As with any system changes, there may be some minor bugs experienced when these updates are rolled out (view "Bugs" page).
Time limit sessions - 15 minutes
System might log users out without warning. Make sure you save your information regularly using "save as draft."
Changes:
Some areas have a new layout and naming buttons
Report details - some changes were made to questions in different categories
Close window button is located at the bottom of the page
Process functions with submitting reports has not changed
Note button has been changed to Message button on the landing page.
Print function has been developed for printing a report
Completed investigations can be located on the "big list" by date of event (check date fields in upper right corner and select parameters for date search)
The COHFI system functions the best in a Google Chrome browser. If possible, use Google Chrome to submit occurrences. If that is not possible for your organization and you experience difficulty submitting an occurrence, please identify your browser type when communicating with CDPHE staff.
