In a number of municipalities, hectometer signs like this exist or used to exist:

The number at top left is the statistical office municipality number, the BfS Gemeindenummer.

Beside it appears a road number per municipality (only 1-digit numbers are known).

In a number of municipalities, e.g. Thalweil, Oberrieden, Adliswil and Langnau the signs have been removed around 2010. Many other municipalities probably never had them.
