A lovely molded salad for any special occasion. It can be made a day or two in advance. If you don't have a large mold, you can use a disposable angel food cake pan.
INGREDIENTS
1 large pkg (8 oz) raspberry Jello
1 small pkg (3 oz) lemon Jello
2 c boiling water
10 oz frozen raspberries
14 oz cranberry orange relish
20 oz crushed pineapple
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Add frozen raspberries and still until melted.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pan or mold.
Chill until firm.
This recipe dates back to the late 1970s when Ocean Spray's cranberry orange relish was easy to find. It's not as popular these days, so when I see it, I buy several containers!
