Healing Potions and Spells
Due to the high-level nature of my game, healing potions and spells, as is, are almost worthless. I've decided to tweak how they work. This should make these potions and spells useful again.Â
All healing potions and spells will heal either the amount as listed in the DMG or UA, *and* they will heal a certain minimum percentage of the subject's hit points, whichever is greater.

Healing Potion 2d4 +2 20%
Cure Serious Wounds 2d8 +1 25%
Extra Healing Potion 3d8 +3 30%
Cure Critical Wounds 3d8 +3 30%
Major Healing Potion 7d8 50%
Super Healing Potion 11d8 70%
