FIRE DEPARTMENT STAFFING STUDY

The Town of Lexington Fire Department, acting through the Town Manager, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for a "Fire Department Staffing Study" as outlined in these specifications.

Separately sealed Price and Non-Price Proposals, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30B s. 6 will be required and must be delivered to the Purchasing Office, Room #206, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, MA 02420 by September 22, 2011

Separately sealed Price and Non-Price Proposals must be plainly marked on the outside "RFP #12-34, Fire Department Staffing Study Price Proposal" and "RFP #12-34, Fire Department Staffing Study Non-Price Proposal" with the name and address of the Proposer. One (1) original and seven (7) copies of the Non-Price Proposal will be required. The Proposer agrees that its proposal shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the opening of the proposals on September 22, 2011. The Contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible proposer capable of performing the services contemplated and meets the minimum criteria as set forth in the specifications. The Town of Lexington reserves the right to waive any minor informality and to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Lexington.
