ALS change July 2012

- Pro and Armstrong have a new collabaoration
Per here - <http://www.town.belmont.ma.us/public_documents/belmontma_fire/Annual%20Report%202009.pdf>
- Belmont had approx 450 ALS transports in 2009
If I understand the finances correctly - Belmont pays $525 to Pro for
each ALS calls - that is $236,000 - Pro then pays $73,000 back to
Belmont - that means that Pro nets at least $163,000 from Belmont
($236K minus 73K) - 163K divided by 450 calls is $362. Therefore - it
seems that Pro receives a guarenteed minimum of $362 per ALS call that
they handle in Belmont. If Pro can get more money out of insurers or
victims, then that is more money in the bank for Pro.
