Radley pines for the child he played with as a boy, longing for them to meet again.


Digging My Own Grave by Escape the Fate


Kalin arrives in Crash Town, determined to find a clever way of committing suicide as punishment for his crimes as a Dark Signer. Still, deep down he longs to still be loved, despite feeling he doesn't deserve it.


Hallelujah by Pentatonix


A song about the inhabitants of Crash Town. Radley tries to keep hold of hope even when it seems there is no real reason to hope. He tries to make friends with Kalin, which never goes well. Malcolm and Yusei are both tricked by Barbara. Radley feels that Kalin is familiar. Kalin is cynical and negative about love and God after all that he did to his loved ones.

Kalin feels he is completely unworthy of saving, although Yusei and Radley both try.


Lost by Shawn Christmas


Suggested by Autumn Hazel Scarlet. Radley and Kalin's thoughts as things in Crash Town unfold.


Halfway Gone by Lifehouse


Radley is saddened by his inability to get through to Kalin and acknowledges that he is starting to give up. Part of him, however, still keeps hoping Kalin will come around.

Kalin find Radley dead in the mines and grieves, realizing how coldly he treated Radley and longing for another chance.


Hold On by Sarah McLachlan


Radley revives and teeters between life and death after being tortured in the mines. Kalin realizes how much he cares about Radley, but fears it's too late.


The Reason by Hoobastank


Devastated over how he's hurt Radley while trying to atone for hurting Yusei, Kalin determines the thing to do is leave before he can cause any more hurt. He vows to be a better person thanks to both Yusei and Radley.


Listen to Your Heart by Roxette


Yusei doesn't think Kalin is making the right decision and encourages him to give it a lot more thought before leaving Radley and Crash Town. He knows Radley still wants Kalin there, and that Kalin really longs to stay.


From Way Before from Gensomaden Saiyuki


Radley approaches Kalin, forgiving him completely and imploring him to stay. By now Radley realizes Kalin is the boy from their childhoods. This song could also be interpreted as remembering their past lives, if we bring in a reincarnation storyline from the fics.

Kalin stays and grows close to Radley. They celebrate the light they have brought to each other.

The celebration continues.


In a Faraway Dream by Eurielle


Sometime later, faced with losing Radley after they've become close, Kalin can't cope. Their happiness feels like a faraway dream.

Kalin is still grieving and in denial. He still looks for Radley to come back and pleads for his return.

Kalin's sorrow. He continues to plead for Radley's return, unable to enjoy life without him.
