Background: Radley Ramon's great-grandparents immigrated to America from Spain many years ago. The family is prestigious and powerful, but also very traditional and unable to accept Radley's rather untraditional appearance and interests. He left to find his own way and gathered others without homes or families to go to for whatever reason. They formed a motorcycle gang and consider each other family. Radley's Bunch is very devoted to him and he considers them equals. Unlike the motorcycle gangs his family thinks are the only ones that exist, they don't tear up towns or businesses. They settled in Crash Town and set about trying to operate the dyne mine, but ran into complications from Malcolm's Crew, a sadistic group that showed up that was also interested in the mine's wealth.

Radley mysteriously appears in classic YGO world when everyone is trying to decipher the mystery of the deadly Eon Items. It seems that Radley himself possesses one such item, although he is at first unaware that it is a magical object. He becomes quite unwillingly caught up in the mystery while trying to find out how and why he was knocked unconscious and left in Siegfried von Schroeder's hotel suite. He has been pulled out of the fight with his arch-enemy Malcolm back in Crash Town and has not yet met Kalin Kessler.

Radley is seen again later when his world's Duel Monsters dimension is under attack by Yami Marik and Lawton. Many of the classic characters come to help and are surprised and happy to see him again, although Joey and Tristan aren't as sure after Lawton reveals what Radley was actually doing in Crash Town. By this point Radley has met Kalin and they are very close friends.

Personality: Radley shows up very grumpy from being hit over the head, quite understandably. He is sarcastic, snarky, and confused, and sometimes uses odd and unusual word choices, such as "itty-bitty." He doesn't know what to make of magic. In a good mood, he tends to be fairly friendly and easy-going. He is very noble, although he often doesn't see this in himself, and often tries to help and protect those in danger. With his love of making money, he and David Tanaka struck up some camaraderie. He describes himself as a businessman, but neglects to mention the somewhat questionable business he's involved in. While he isn't inhumane as Malcolm is, he does still collect labor for the dyne mine by dueling. His workers are treated fairly, however.

When Radley is seen again, he's running the dyne mine by himself and has turned it into a good thing. He is sorrowful and repentant for what he did wrong and understands if Joey and Tristan will not forgive him.

The actual truth about Crash Town is different from what everyone thinks, however. Radley agreed to the duels for new labor when it looked like it was the only way to stop Malcolm from terrorizing the townspeople. Despite Radley trying so hard to protect the people of Crash Town, he feels it was no excuse for allowing the duels to start and thus didn't mention it to the classic characters.

Reason for including him: I got another plunnie, lol. Stories have been slow-going lately, but while working on an unrelated plunnie, I realized I was describing a very interesting adventure for Radley in its opening and it should be written. That became the 5Ds story The Night After. Then I got the idea to also use Radley in my Eon Item climax, One Ring to Rule Them All?, and at last the story became unstuck.
