Effective Jan. 1, 2020, the corporation formed in 2010 to serve as a house operations manager and alumni organization has been split into two corporations. The original corporations, Lambda Chi Alpha at Arkansas State University Inc., remains as the house corporation, whose sole mission is to operate and maintain the fraternity house. A new corporation, LXA at ASU Alumni Inc., was formed to provide services and activities for alumni and to raise funds for the house and active chapter.
New bylaws were developed for each organization and confirmed at the first annual meeting of LXA at ASU Alumni Inc. New 9-member boards were elected for each corporation.
