LOOKING FOR A PARTNER?

Do you need a partner for any of the events this week?  If so, Rick's your man!  Our Partnership Chair, Rick Weigle will be manning the partnership desk and as usual finding those perfect pairings.

For those of you who are new to the game, you go to the partnership desk and fill out one of the blank forms kept there at all times.  Make sure that you leave a contact number and please write legibly.  After completion leave it on the desk under the appropriate day of the week.  Please fill out only one form and include all the events you are looking for.  The partnership desk staff will take care of moving it on for the next day.  Do not remove any completed forms from the desk unless it is yours.  Make a copy of the information if you want to try to contact the person yourself.  If you remove the form, you take that person out of consideration for partnership.

Please do not expect a partner to be found for you if you are not available, either in person, or by phone, to accept or a reject pair-up.  If you have a cell phone, keep it with you and use that number as your contact number.  To ensure a partner, it is best to report to the desk at least 30 minutes before game time and stay close by so that you may easily be found when a partner is located.

The Partnership Desk is located right outside the playing area and will be staffed one hour before the afternoon and evening sessions and for thirty minutes before the morning session.  The Desk will close approximately ten minutes prior to the start of each session to allow our workers to find their places in the game.
