Eddie Kantar has a set of two: Modern Bridge Defense and Advanced Bridge Defense. Both, IMHO, are easy reads. It just seems that I need to read them over and over.

If you like to practise defense puzzles, I suggest Mike Lawrence's Dynamic Defense. There are 65 progressively more difficult hands where the reader surmises the correct D. My favorite bridge author is Frank Stewart. He too, has many books on defense. Try Comprehensive Guide to Defense. Frank Stewart's Daily Bridge column is freely available online. Find it and try it out.
