You Want to Know What the Hotel Dinner Buffet Will Be
So do we. Menus for the dinner buffet each day will be available in the morning and will be posted daily. Its a great time to help partner by explaining what system you are playing.
You Need a Partner
The partnership desk, located outside the ballroom will be open an hour before each session. Gladys Martin and Ginny Young can fix you up.
You Want a Sticker
Yes, we have stickers.
Get yours while they last from Rosemary Kleis who will be outside the ballroom.
You Want Your Picture in the Results
The online results contain pictures of any member who has provided a photograph. We really encourage you to get your picture into the ACBL so that you can be recognized in any online results published by FastResults (e.g., tournaments and the Common Game). You only need to have your picture taken once and we will get it to the ACBL for you.
The photographer will be under the Photograph sign Wednesday through Sunday at 12:15pm to 12:45pm and again at 6:30pm to 6:45pm.
You Lost or Found Something
The lost and found box is near the Sticker Distribution Desk outside the ballroom.
You Just Made Life Master

You Won and Want a Prize!

Prizes will be available at the prize desk May 24-May 28 at both 12:40pm to 12:55 pm and 6:40 to 6:55 pm.
Monday the 29th the prize desk will be open at 9:30am and at the completion of the Swiss event.
Prizes will be awarded for first overall in each flight or bracket of a team game.
Prizes will be awarded in Pair games for a section first in each stratum E-W or N-S where there are at least 8 tables in play and first overall N-S and E-W in smaller games unless it is a non-life master event.
When pair games are scored across sections, the prizes will go to the top numbers of the combined sections to as many places as there are sections. For two sections, there will be two winners each direction from the combined scores. With three sections, there will be 3 winners.
If a pair wins an event but didn't score a section top, they will receive a prize as well.
