Electronic Equipment:  Except for health related equipment or by permission of the Director-in-Charge of the tournament or event, cell phones, audible pagers, or any similar communication equipment may not be operated or operable in the playing area during a session of play. If you are expecting an emergency call, you may leave your phone in the tournament office.
