Combatants who specialize in animal training, knowing hit and fade tactics, and scouting are doubled with the assistance of a hunting beast. You take an animal companion if you don’t have one already. You and your companion become supernaturally bonded, partners in crime or heroism.Class: RogueRequirements: Communication 2 or more and Animal Training (Novice) or greater Novice: You choose a companion, any small beast, flying beast, or fierce beast. Should your connection or companion meet its end, a new one can be made after 1 month of mourning and more than 1 month of training with your new companion. Casting time for the ritual is 1 hour. In combat and roleplay you and your pet act at the same time. However only 1 of you can take both a major and minor action on your turn. • If either of you make an attack that is not charging or disengaging an opponent and neither of you have used a Minor Action, your ally can make an attack as a minor action against the same or any other target. This does not generate stunt points and it does ½ Strength, Perception, or Willpower on damage bonuses. • Alternatively, if either of you take any other Major Action like run your ally can also, but only one of you can take a Minor Action. • Finally, if you both take Minor Actions only one of you can take a Major Action, like attack or run.Journeymen: You and your companion can perform the Lightning Attack stunt for 2 SP instead of the usual 3 SP but the extra attack must come from your companion. Your companion must be in range. If a missile weapon is used or a spell is cast there must be loaded ammunition or MP for the respective attack.Master: You gain the Talent: Beast Scry. This ritual takes 1 minute to cast and lasts up to 1 hour. Replenishes with a long rest. You go into a trance and take the mind of your pet, perceiving the world and interacting with it as if you were in their body.
